Here are a select few along with their release dates:

  • Scream 4 (April 15)-After a 10-year hiatus, Wes Craven returns with Neve Campbell, Courtney Cox & David Arquette. Director Craven claims this twisty plot is a doozy.
  • Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (May 20th)-Johnny Depp returns as Captain Jack Sparrow for the 4th installment of this Disney franchinse.
  • Green Lantern (June 17)-EW Sexiest Man of the Year, Ryan Reynolds picks up the power ring as Hal Jordon to save Earth.
  • Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows-Part 2 (July 15)-it's all over but the crying as we visit Hogwarts one final time. This will be the first HP film that will be in 3D.
  • Puss in Boots (November 4)-Shrek may have bowed out of the movie biz, but be on the lookout for his furry friend Puss to hit theaters, voiced by Antonio Banderas. Humpty Dumpty and Jack & Jill fill out the cast.
  • Cars 2 (November 4)-This time around, Lightning McQueen, Mater and the gang get tangled in a spy mystery.
  • The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn-Part 1 (November 18)-The final chapter of the Twilight saga broken into 2 parts. (Look for Part 2 in theaters in 2012).
  • The Muppets (November 23)-Has it really been over 10 years since we have had the pleasure of the presence of Kermit, Gonzo, Miss Piggy and company? Star and co-writer Jason Segal teams with our favorite furry friends. Look for a long list of cameos including Jack Black and Ricky Gervais.
