4-Year Old Brings Heroin to Day Care Thinking It Was Candy

A 4-year old brought heroin to a day care in Delaware and started giving it to the other children thinking it was candy. 

Once the daycare workers realized what it was they contacted the police. Once determining what it was the mother of the child, Ashley Tull was arrested.

249 Bags of heroin. Thank goodness none of the children ingested the drug.
