7 Spring Break Cocktail Recipes
Whether you’re kicking back at the beach or throwing a spring break themed soiree, make sure to keep these spring break cocktails flowing:
3 oz Espolón Tequila Reposado
2 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Agave Nectar
Directions: Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lime twist. Optional salt-rimmed glass
2 Parts Beefeater London Dry Gin
1 Part Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Caster Sugar
1/2 part Crème de Mure Blackberry liqueur
Directions: Pour the first three ingredients into a rocks glass, over cracked ice, and churn. Top with more ice, and drizzle over the Mure. Garnish with a lemon slice and a blackberry.

5 Parts Beefeater 24 Gin
3 Parts St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
1 Part Maraschino liqueur
10 Parts Chilled Green Tea
1 Part Fresh lime juice
4 Parts Soda Water
6 Parts Prosecco
Directions: Pour into punch bowl, Add one frozen ice block, stir and serve.
2 parts Hornitos Plata Tequila
4 parts orange juice
1 part Galliano liqueur
Orange slice for garnish
Directions: Pour Hornitos Plata Tequila and orange juice into a collins glass filled with ice cubes and stir. Float Galliano liqueur on top by pouring slowly over a teaspoon turned bottom-side up.
Jameson and Ginger
1 part Jameson
2 parts ginger ale
Spiral peel of one lemon or lime
Directions: Carefully peel the lemon or lime into a long spiral and then squeeze the oils into a highball glass. Fill with ice, before adding the Jameson and ginger ale. Stir briefly to mix.
The Slender Sauzarita
10 oz. Sauza Silver Tequila
3 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
3 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
3 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
6 oz. Agave Nectar
Lime Wheel for garnish
Directions: Combine ingredients in a pitcher with ice. Mix well. Pour into chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
(Makes one large pitcher)
1 bottle of Sandeman Founders Reserve Port
1 liter ginger ale
1 orange cut in small slices
1 green apple cut in small cubes
4 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
Directions: Combine all ingredients into a medium size punch bowl.
