A 15-Month-Old is Hospitalized After Applebee’s Accidentally/Allegedly Serves Him a Margarita In His Sippy Cup

I ran across this story this morning and I'm completely shocked that anyone could do something like this, first of all it is a sippy cup, and how do you mistake a margarita for apple juice?   Number one there is a smell, number two, who doesn't realize they are pouring a margarita into a sippy cup.
