For someone whose (possible) forthcoming album artwork doesn't appear to include a mouth, Adele sure has lots to say about the path she's taken to 25.

The multiple Grammy-winner, whose last album, 21, debuted in 2011, bore her soul in a message to fans she tweeted very early this morning (October 21). The virtual diary entry, a timeline of events that spans from age seven to present day, chronicles her relationship with time, youth and growth, and seems to verify that Adele's finally where she wants to be.

(Oh, and yes, her forthcoming album is definitely called 25.)

"...I've spent my whole life so far wishing it away," she wrote. "Always wishing I was older, wishing I was somewhere else, wishing I could remember and wishing I could forget too."

The singer goes on to note that she's reached a turning point in her life, and where her 21 might have been a breakup album, 25 will be the inverse—a makeup album. Yes, she's making up with herself, "making up for lost time," and learning not to sweat the small stuff.

"25 is about getting to know who I've become," she ultimately concludes. "And I'm sorry it took so long, but you know, life happened."

Adele shared a small snippet of some new music during a commercial break that appeared between X Factor segments this weekend. 25 is rumored to have a November 20 release date, according to Hits Daily Double, but no it hasn't been confirmed.
