Amarillo Lane Closures Week of December 7th

If you're going to be driving in Amarillo, then you want to be aware of the lane closures.  There is nothing worse than being late for work or an important engagement because you got caught taking a detour.  Here's a list of lane closures this week in the area.

• I-27, expect lane closures in both directions at various locations between 45th Street and Washington Street for crack sealing.
• US 87, expect lane closures in both directions on the northeast 15th Street bridge deck for concrete repair.
• US 60, expect continued lane closures in both directions between Loop 335 (Lakeside) and FM 1912 for crack sealing.
• Western Street at Loop 335 (Hollywood), the roadway is closed on the south side of the intersection for the next several weeks as part of the freeway reconstruction project. Traffic from Loop 335 wishing to go south on Western Street will need to use Bell Street south to Sundown Lane. Traffic on Western Street heading north toward Loop 335 will still be able to access all points south of the closure.
