The Amarillo Police Department has released information and needs your help in locating a missing child who was taken by her grandmother.  The APD has stated that the child was last seen on Friday March 16th.  From the Amarillo Police Department:
Missing Child: Bridgette Renee Sholz, age 4. She is about 3' 10", with light brown hair and blue eyes.

Suspect: Sherry Lajuanna Short, AKA Sherry Rosenberger, white female age 58. Sherry Short is described as 5’8”, 150 pounds, with reddish blonde hair and green eyes.
Vehicle: Silver colored 2003 Lincoln Towncar, Texas license plate SNP242

Sherry last lived in Snyder, Texas, but has ties to Amarillo.

The child’s mother lives in Amarillo. The child was previously living with her father in Albuquerque, NM. The father and mother have not seen the child since last Friday.

Law enforcement believes that Sherry and Bridgette could be anywhere in the Texas Panhandle.

A warrant has been issued for Sherry Short for the offense of Interference With Child Custody.
