The man who bit off another man's fingertip at a recent Beyonce and Jay Z concert has been charged in the incident and is pleading not guilty.

According to the L.A. Times, 25-year-old Roberto Alcaraz Garnica has been charged with one felony count each of "battery with serious bodily injury and mayhem" as well as misdemeanor battery. Garnica, who is reportedly pleading not guilty to the charges, faces up to eight years in prison if convicted.

Garnica was attending the Beyonce and Jay Z show at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif. on Saturday night (Aug. 2), when he allegedly pushed a woman into some chairs. (It was initially reported that he groped the woman, though it is unclear whether or not that incident occurred.) The woman's husband then confronted him, and a fight broke out -- during which Garnica bit "the tip of the male victim's left finger off completely," officials stated in a press release (quote via the Boombox).

As if the situation wasn't disturbing enough, TMZ has obtained disturbing pictures of the man's bloodied finger, which you can see by clicking the blue button below -- but just as a warning, they are NOT for the faint of heart.
