Boy Wished to Blow-up a Building and Make-A-Wish Made it Happen

Make-A-Wish is an organization that grants wishes to kids with life threatening illnesses.  Most kids wish to go to Walt Disney World or to meet a celebrity.  However, Maxwell Hinton, wanted to blow-up a building.

Hilton suffers from a neuroblastoma which is a form of cancer.

Even though this wish did not take place in the Texas Panhandle, we do have a Make-A-Wish Foundation here in Amarillo. We have many children waiting for a wish.  The average cost of a wish is $7,000.  You can help out our local chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation here.
