Bret Michaels Popped the Question

and this time he meant it.  After 3 seasons of Rock of Love where he popped the proverbial question of we might get married blah...blah...blah to one of the many girls who vied for his love on the show.  Michaels finally did ask the question but it wasn't for a Rock of Love girl.

Bret Michaels asked his on-off girlfriend of 16 years, Kristi Gibson, to marry him on Monday night's finale of his VH1 reality show, Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It – and she said yes!

The first thing they did afterwards? Tell their daughters, Raine, 10, and Jorja, 5, the great news.

The rock star told them, "I did it! We'll all be together forever! Family hug!"
