Children’s Miracle Network Teams Up with Texas Tech Health Sciences Center to Bring a Pediatric Neurologist to Amarillo

The Children's Miracle Network is helping make miracles happen each and every day.  The organization is, "Dedicated to promoting and improving the quality of children's healthcare" and that is what they are doing.  Because of your generous donations to this organization they were able to team up with Texas Tech Health Sciences Center to bring in a specialist that Amarillo has needed for a long time.

A pediatric neurologist will be coming to Amarillo.  This is huge for our city because a lot of times we are sending our kids to other areas to get the care they need.    Now that we will have a pediatric neurologist in Amarillo they will be able to treat our kids here at home.

With the help of Children's Miracle Network,  Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center will welcome Dr. Diana Lebron to their pediatric staff.

Dr. Lebron is set to start seeing patients in March

This is only the beginning, CMN is hoping to help bring in more pediatric specialists into Amarillo to improve the health care of our children.  With the right pediatric specialists in our area then, our children won't be sent off to the bigger cities.

We have a vision for Amarillo, "creating community partnerships to help local kids receive the best medical care in Amarillo." We want to keep ‪#‎MiracleKids‬ in the High Plains.
