Dick Clark Passes Away at the Age of 82

Dick Clark was the man who never seemed to age.  I remember as a kid watching American Bandstand and realized the my parents watched the show when they were younger as well.  Dick Clark was the epitome of American.  I am sad to say that Dick Clark passed away today at the age of 82.According to ABC News Dick Clark suffered a massive heart attack.

Clark is most know for American Bandstand but when it came to ringing in the New Year, it has always been a tradition of mine to watch Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve.  However, when he suffered his stroke in 2004, Rockin' Eve was never the same.

RIP Dick Clark thank you for the memories and thank you for leaving such a legacy.
