Sleep....it is the most beautiful thing....when you can get it. Do you have trouble sleeping?

I see countless Facebook posts on Sunday nights. It seems most of my friends have trouble sleeping. Are you the same?

Lavender can be your friend.

To ease stress and prepare for bed, soak in a hot bath spiked with a few drops of lavender essential oil. Play soothing music while you bathe to unwind further.

To increase your chances....try sleeping with a oil diffuser with lavender added there too. I then also put a few drops of lavender oil on my pillow too......and even rub some lavender oil on my temples.

Any help I can get to put me in dreamland is much appreciated. Lavender seems to calm me and help me drift away.
