Dollar General Now Offering Spankings-$1.00 [POLL]

It makes me angry when I see a child being disrespectful to an adult, but I would never go and get physical with that kid.  A Dollar General employee felt different.  A DG employee was arrested and charged with two felonies after spanking a child with a belt.

We've all been to a store and seen an out of control child.  We may question his/her upbringing, but we would never go up to that child and spank him/her.  Well, I guess a Dollar General employee felt differently.

It all happened in a Dollar General store in Georgia.  A employee supposedly called a kid a demon.  He responded with "I'll show you bad," and threw a cookie at the clerk.  Her response to grab him and spank him with a belt.

Police Chief Paul Sterling says that he has watched the video several times and the employee beat the boy over 25 times with a belt.

This story is raising much controversy.  The employee was fired and is being charged with two felonies, aggravated assault and cruelty to children.  But many people believe that it is the parent's fault, saying that the parents should be held responsible.
