Today's "Lost Classic" is a British rock group, which featured Paul Roberts on vocals and Loz Netto on guitar. This one-hit wonder came off their album, "Fickle Heart." The album was recorded in 1978, but took a whole year before a record company picked it up and decided to release it. By 1982, the band had pretty much shut down and lay quiet for a decade.  The Tears released a new album this month called "Downstream."
