Congrats to Ed Sheeran! The sweet-voiced Brit sold out Madison Square Garden in almost no time at all. No, really.

The 'Lego House' singer, who performed his first New York City show at the Mercury Lounge in 2011, tweeted some pretty crazy news that likely only his pals in One Direction can really relate to:

Tickets went on sale Friday (Aug. 23) at noon. As of 12:03, they were completely spoken for. Must be nice!

Truthfully, considering he performed at the Grammys with Elton John, toured with Taylor Swift and penned tracks for 1D, is it really that mental? You're too modest, Ed!

And now to get our infomercial on -- wait! There's more! The demand for Sheeran shows was so great that he actually added an additional date to his MSG stint:

"My dad always said you haven't made it 'til you've played Madison Square Garden, so it's a massive honor," Sheeran previously said. We bet his dad is super proud considering Sheeran isn't just playing Madison Square Garden, but also selling it out!
