Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket… however, since this is an online event you can also just keep the ticket and watch our conference replay at your own convenience. It's a Win/Win
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can contact us at email@example.com to change any information.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, since this in an online event the ticked does not need to be printed to enter.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are not refundable, but they are transferrable.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
