When: This Saturday, January 4th, 11am-3pm
Where: Amigos I-40 and Grand
What: Stop in and learn about how you an your family can be healthy in 2014.
The fine folks from the Amigos' pharmacy will be on hand to provide you with blood pressure and diabetes screenings, body mass index (BMI) calculations and healthy weight education.
Not only that, find out more about the NuVal system inside Amigos and how you can use it to pick out healthier food choices.
