Grow Your Home Library and Help Out the Amarillo Public Library

With the invention of new technology each and every day, we find ourselves offered new and inventive ways to do things.  Nowadays you can pull up a book on a tablet, Kindle, Nook, etc.  There isn't a need for an actual book, but there is something about holding and opening a book and that book smell.  That's why, you need to mark your calendar for the Friends of the Amarillo Public Library Book Sale.  It's the perfect time to stock up on books for your own personal library.

How this works is you fill a brown paper bag with as many books and media as you can for only $7.50 a bag or 3 bags for $20.

That's right, just $7.50 and you can expand your library.

Where: Downtown Library - 413 E 4th, Amarillo

When:

Saturday, September 10th 9a-6p

Sunday, September 11th,  2p-6p (Cost is $5 per bag)
