So we are officially halfway through 2018, so have you given up on your New Year's Resolutions?

A lot of people gave up on those five-and-a-half months ago. But that is not true for everyone.

According to a new survey, 6% of people say that they're still sticking to their resolutions perfectly.

Another 14% say that they're mostly sticking to them. Where do you fit in? Still going strong? Mostly sticking to them?

That is the category I fit in.....mostly. I wanted to eat healthier....and for the most part I do. I have a healthy shake for breakfast. I usually eat a spicy black bean burger patty with avocado on it for lunch.....and dinner, for the most party, is healthy.

Now I do eat my pizza occasionally.....and a good burger....but I get right back to eating healthy again. It's all about balance....right? How are you doing? Comment below.
