We go to bed at night just knowing how much we are going to hate when that alarm goes off in the morning.

It's tough having to get out of your warm, comfortable bed. Right?

Another thing that may make it easier if you have to start getting up earlier. Start gradually setting your alarm 15 minutes earlier each day to make it not a shock to your body.

You can even try the inverted snooze method. What is that? Well you can use that snooze time to do something nice for yourself. Whether it being checking your Facebook, making a strong cup of coffee to enjoy. It just needs to be something to keep you out of your bed in the morning.
