You get out of bed and you just don't have the energy. Do you ever feel like that? Well maybe it's your shoes!

Well maybe not your actual shoes. Maybe it is just your body telling you that you need to get up and moving. You need to put those shoes to good use.

Just taking a brisk walk is enough to fight that fatigue. The same thing is true if you are feeling like a zombie at work. Get up, get away from your desk, and get moving. Go outside if you can. Just a simple walk around your building is enough to fight those afternoon blues.
