We spend so much time with our phones. We feel the need to be connected all the time. I mean 24/7. Yes it is true for a lot of us!

We wake up and admit it....your phone is the first thing you check. Throughout the day how often do you grab it and check your email, texts, Facebook and Twitter?

So it should come as no surprise that even long after we go to bed we are still consumed by the thoughts of our phones. Are we dreaming about them? Are we using them in our sleep?

According to a new study out of Villanova University in Pennsylvania, it seems that sleep texting is a real thing that happens now.

According to the research 25.6% of college students in the study have actually sent texts while they were asleep. It turns out 3/4 of them have no memory of even sending the text the next morning.

It turns out that yes we are THAT addicted to our phones that sometimes we'll just reach over and grab that phone.....awake or not! It doesn't matter. We need to be connected all of the time. Awake or not!
