It is Officially Spring – Lori’s Top 5 Things About Spring
Today is officially the first day of Spring. Spring is my favorite season. It seems like it is a new beginning. The flowers and trees start to bloom and color is everywhere. The following is why I love Spring.
Flowers
My favorite thing about Spring is the flowers. I love seeing all the tulips and hyacinth blooming all over.

Trees Blooming
It is always pretty driving down the street seeing all the beautiful blooms on the trees. The flowering blooms make the tree its prettiest. My favorite are the cherry blossoms.

Spring Rain
There is just something about the smell after a spring rain shower. I know spring is notorious for severe weather but my favorite is a steady spring shower with no thunder, lightening or storm. I look forward to them every year.

The first warm weekend of Spring is always my favorite because we break out the grill invite some people over and cookout!

Temperatures
Spring is my favorite time of year and it is because of the temperature. It isn't too cold or too hot. It is just perfect. When I can wear short sleeves and capris and not freeze my booty off or not sweat just by walking out the door that is perfect weather.
