It looks like Jackie Chan's son may need his dad to spring into action.

Jaycee Chan, 31, has been detained on drug charges in China, the Huffington Post reports. The younger Chan was detained last Thursday, along with Taiwanese movie star Kai Ko. The two reportedly admitted to smoking marijuana and tested positive for it. One hundred grams of the drug were allegedly taken from Jaycee's home.

Jaycee, an actor-singer himself, is reportedly accused of "accommodating drug users," and if convicted, will face a maximum of three years in prison. The actor is one of many Chinese celebrities facing legal trouble in the country's strict crackdown policy. According to the Huffington Post, the government is seeking to wipe out the use of illegal drugs and "severely punish" the offenders.

Chan's management has reportedly issued a statement saying they plan to "supervise his rehabilitation and help him return to the right path."

Ironically, Jackie Chan became an anti-drug ambassador in the country in 2009.
