Fitness is important for any person.  No matter what your fitness level is, you may be wondering how you can kick it up.  If you are like me you don't know where to begin.  Well we want to help you get passed that, and find ways to find the perfect fitness for you lifestyle.  That's why we have a new feature coming to Mix 94.1 every other Thursday.   It's our Fitness Fun Thursday and you will be able to ask Lacey, our local personal fitness expert from Gold's Gym questions about how to get in shape and stay in shape.

I know for myself, I have several issues,  I have what I like to call flappy arms.  I have built up muscle in my arms, but I still have the flap and I want to get rid of it.  I'm going to ask Lacey how to accomplish this.
