WHAT: Fisher Shares & Cares Volunteer Day at the High Plains Food Bank

WHEN: Wednesday, November 18th,  5-8pm

WHERE: High Plains Food Bani - 815 Ross St.

WHAT: A evening of packaging meals for families in needs this holiday season.

Make plans to come to the High Plains Food Bank on Wednesday and help pack up holiday food packages.  It's an evening of giving back.  You'll receive a t-shirt and snacks while you are helping.  In fact, they will have some delicious pizza from 575 Pizzeria while it lasts.  It's a great way to help out a great cause, plus you have the opportunity to give back to the community.

Why should you help?  Kids are living in hunger here in the Texas Panhandle, in fact 1.9 million Texas kids don't have enough food.  One in six Texas families face tough choices, do they buy food, or do they buy medicine.  Do they buy food or do they put gas in their car to get to work.  So by helping out you are helping these families.

Make plans to attending and help out.  RSVP by emailing emily@hpfb.org
