Kat Von D Needs Protection From Delusional Fan + Poor Decisions

Kat Von D is scared of a creepy fan (she still has fans?) who keeps showing up at her house.

The former 'L.A. Ink' star filed a request for a restraining order against one Michael Nunn, who's been messaging and tweeting her incessantly, even posting her home phone number on the microblogging site.

Von D says that she's had a couple close encounters with Nunn dating back to April, when he showed up at her pad and called her. (Way to give yourself away, buddy.)

In her request for a protective order, Von D noted that Nunn has "delusional and paranoid tendencies, including the belief that the FBI is watching him." He's temporarily forced to keep at least 100 yards away from the tattooed mogul, and a judge will decide whether to make the order permanent.

While this Nunn dude seems plenty creepy, it does sound as if the "delusional" qualification is a bit hypocritical. Bear in mind this is a woman who thought she could tame Jesse James, and also thought inked stars would look great on what will eventually become crow's feet.
