Kindness Still Exists in this World
Just when I've given up and think the whole world is selfish and everyone just lives for themselves. I run across something that makes me realize that good and kind people still exist in this world.In the world of travel, especially flying, most companies are not to friendly and not to giving, but a kind pilot made an exception for a grieving grandfather.
In an act of extraordinary kindness, a Southwest Airlines pilot
held a plane 12 minutes to make certain a passenger would be able to give his final goodbye to his murdered grandson.
The man's 3-year-old grandchild was about to be taken off life support after his daughter's boyfriend in Denver allegedly killed him, according to a letter from the man's wife to Christopher Elliot's blog, Elliot.org.
