Man Tries to Rob the Walgreens at 45th and Western with a Note

Police need your help in locating a robbery suspect.  

UPDATE: 12:10pm - Police have suspect in custody.

A man walked in to the Walgreen's at 45th and Western this morning at 8:24am.  The suspect handed a note to an employee demanding a narcotic and that no one would be hurt if they cooperated.

The employee refused to give the man the prescriptions and the suspect left the store.

He was last seen going west from Walgreens.

He is described as a white male, 5'8, dark hair and a goatee.  He was wearing an orange shirt with blue and white stripes and black jeans.
