Saturday’s Michael Jackson tribute concert in Wales boasted an impressive line-up of stars paying homage to the King of Pop. Guests included Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green and Ne-Yo, but perhaps none were as well-received as the late singer’s children.

Prince, Paris and Blanket took the glove-shaped stage to thunderous applause from the 50,000 spectators at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium, where they introduced Beyonce‘s special video performance of Jackson’s hit ‘I Wanna Be Where You Are.’ “She carries the torch lit by our father and it gives me great pleasure to introduce [her],” said 14-year-old Prince.

Blanket, 9, said a few words before Paris, 13, dressed in a ‘Thriller’-like red jacket, took the microphone to say, “We’re very happy to be here on this special night to honor our father.”

Performer Alexandra Burke later told reporters, “[The kids] seem very, very sweet and calm. Their energy’s beautiful.”
