You know breakfast is important. Your mom told you that growing up....but it's really important if you are trying to lose weight.
There have been studies that show that eating a proper breakfast is one of the most positive things you can do if you are trying to lose weight. Breakfast skippers tend to gain weight. A balanced breakfast includes fresh fruit or fruit juice, a high fiber cereal, low-fat milk or yogurt, whole wheat toast, and a boiled egg.
So take a few minutes in the morning to make you a healthy breakfast before you head out the door. Your waistline will thank you.
