In 2009, Peter Furler, decided to leave the band to spend more time with his family and The remaining Newsboys had to find a replacement.  They found that replacement in the former DC Talk lead singer Michael Tait.

So speaking of Micheal Tait…can fans expect a few DC Talk songs?

Just to follow up, he mentioned Kevin Smith a.k.a Kevin Max from DC Talk, we just found out that he will be joining them at the Amarillo show to perform God’s Not Dead and a few others.

I also had a chance to ask Duncan how other countries accept them and their music and how they are embracing Christianity.
