One Direction Get Goofy Behind the Scenes of Their Teen Vogue Cover Shoot [Pictures]
One Direction are the cover boys for the September 2013 Teen Vogue, and despite displaying their adorable fashion sense, they also showed their goofy sides in these behind-the-scenes photos. Some quotes also emerged from the interview, and as you’d expect, the boys are still lovably low maintenance.
For one, don’t expect to see Taylor Swift in their 3D movie, ’1D: This Is Us,’ but not because Harry Styles ordered her banned from the footage.
“It gets frustrating for them at times, because suddenly stuff gets printed that isn’t even true,” director Morgan Spurlock explained. “I saw an article that said, ‘Harry Styles demands Taylor Swift be taken out of the movie.’ But by the time we started filming in January, they had already split up.”
As for their Directioners, the boys still aren’t quite accustomed to the fandom. “I don’t see how you could get used to people screaming in your face, and anyone who says different is lying,” Niall Horan said.
As for their downtime, Zayn Malik, called “the most soft spoken of the bunch,” likes to relax in serene areas — as in, not the hotel pools in Miami where the boys were staying. “It was a bit too busy for me,” Malik explained. “I like to chill somewhere quiet. I get pleasure from the little things in life.” Aw!
The boys really don’t ask for much … or anything at all. Liam Payne admitted, “We haven’t actually got a rider. We never actually sat there and made one. They bring us the stuff they think we like. We’re not really that diva.”
We knew we loved them!
