You have 2 chances to enjoy the Panhandle Plains Historical Museum Christmas Open House.

Friday, December 4th from 6-9pm or Saturday December 5th from 1-5pm

Cost: One canned food item per person for the High Plains Food Bank or a monetary donation

The museum will come to life as you step into Pioneer Town.  You'll get to experience Christmas in the 1890's.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there and ready to meet the kids and add their requests to his list.

Then the kids can make Christmas crafts in the craft corner.

Then the kids can sit near the crackling fire and enjoy Christmas stories, or enjoy several children's choirs and entertainers as they fill the museum with Christmas carols.

If you come on Friday, you and the kids will have the opportunity to decorate your very own Christmas cookie.  On Saturday, they will have face painting.

So make plans to come and enjoy the Panhandle Plains Historical Museum.   Remember, there isn't an admission charge, however they are requesting one can of food per person for the High Plains Food Bank or a monetary donation.
