Plano Officer Pays It Forward By Slipping a $100 Bill Into a Traffic Ticket [VIDEO]

A young man, Hayden Carlo, who has been hit hard times was pulled over in Plano, Texas for expired tags.  The police officer who pulled him over did something pretty shocking.  He placed a $100 bill in the traffic citation.

I love to hear great stories like this, it makes me realize that good does exist in the world.
