Ruining Christmas By Snooping Through Credit Card Statements [POLL]

I had a friend the other day tell me that she knows what her husband got her for Christmas.  My first reaction was did you go snooping around the Christmas Tree?  She said no.  I asked how the heck did she know, or was she just guessing?

She told me that she knew what he got her because she saw the credit card bill.

Well, that stinks, I told her and she responded, not really I got what I asked for, a new iPad.

In my personal opinion that is kind of cheating.  It ruins the surprise on Christmas day.  We are also talking about the same mother who took her teenage son's presents back to the store after she caught him snooping around and finding them.

I guess what's good for the goose, isn't good for the gander.
