Over the years, we've heard DJs spin Sir Mix-A-Lot's popular 1992 hit 'Baby Got Back' and clubs and parties mashed up with other hip-hop tracks.

But last week, Sir Mix-A-Lot himself put a new twist to his hit, as he rapped the song with the help of the Seattle Symphony. PEOPLE reports that the rapper appeared with the Seattle Symphony and said to the audience, "What I want to do now is something you really should not do, but since tonight is Orchestral Movements from the Hood Night" before inviting members of the audience to join him on stage for a little booty shaking.

According to the Seattle Symphony's video post, Sir Mix-A-Lot's appearance is a part of the symphony's Sonic Evolution project, which "creates a bridge between the Symphony and Seattle's storied reputation as launching pad for some of the most creative musicians on the popular music scene. Each year, in celebration of the past, present and future of our city's musical legacy, Ludovic Morlot and the Seattle Symphony commission world-class composers to write orchestral world premieres inspired by bands and artists that launched from, or are related to, Seattle."

Composer Gabriel Prokofiev is credited as the one who wrote the orchestral composition for Sir Mix-A-Lot's 'Baby Got Back.'

It's definitely a new way of hearing this old track and it sounds amazing. Click on the video above to watch it.
