So Much Mac & Cheese So Little Time – The Big Cheese Returns

One of the biggest comfort foods is macaroni and cheese.  There is just something about ooey gooey creamy cheese wrapped around elbow noodles or shells.  It is absolutely delicious.  What's even better than macaroni and cheese?  A room full of different kinds of macaroni and cheese.  That's right, a room full of macaroni and cheese.  Mark your calendars because the The BIG Cheese S-mac-k Down benefiting the Hope and Healing Place returns to the Amarillo Civic Center.

WHERE: North Exhibit Hall at the Amarillo Civic Center

WHEN: Friday, January 27th, 6-8pm

COST: $20 per adult/$5 per child in advance

Over 30 restaurants will be competing for the best Mac and Cheese and title of "The Big Cheese", in People's Choice and Kid's Choice.  Which means you will get to sample all the delicious entries and pick your favorite.

Yes! You, get to sample over 30 different kinds of mac and cheese.  A dream come true!

Restaurants competing include Public House, Macaroni Joe's, Pescaraz, PanHandler's Café, Cowboy Gelato, Outback Steakhouse, Fab Foods, United Supermarkets, Fire Slice Pizzeria, Shi Lee's BBQ & Soul Food, Joe's Catering, Zinnia, Golden Light Café, LongHorn Steakhouse, 575 Pizzeria, B L Bistro, Imperial Taproom, Garisol Cafe & Baker, Copper Fire Grill, Hoffbrau Steaks, Mo Dogs, Delvin's Soul Food, Pork-N-Things, Coyote Bluff, 1000 Degree Pizza, Chicken Express , Nineteen49 Catering, Fuddruckers and Grills Gone Wild.

Other fun activities include the Kid's Corner, and the Who Moved the Cheese Mystery Box, & the Wine Pull.  You and the entire family can cheese it up in the "Say Cheese" photo booth.  Plus, you have the opportunity to win $1,000 in gift cards in the Never Cook Again raffle.
