If you're a fan of American Idol, don't worry, Ryan Seacrest will return with Jo-Lo, Keith and Harry in January. Since the American Idol Tour Bus stopped in Amarillo recently, to audition singers for the upcoming 14th season of the hit Fox show, a few of us decided that 'we' should audition for Ryan's hosting gig.

It was so much fun spending time talking to a bunch of the people standing in line to audition for American Idol in Amarillo. I had a chance to talk to a bunch of people up-and-down the long line at the Discovery Center and will be sharing some of the videos over the next few days.

Earlier this morning I went over to the Don Harrington Discovery Center for the American Idol Bus Tour Auditions.

Amarillo Police Department have released a list of areas where you can and cannot park during the American Idol try-outs on Thursday.  American Idol will be brigning their bus tour to the Discovery Center on Thursday.  Here's where you can and cannot park.

On 'American Idol,' Keith Urban super fan Ethan Harris chose to sing the judge's song 'You'll Think of Me.' The adorable contestant had Urban autograph a photo he drew of his idol before launching into his rendition of the song on his acoustic guitar.

That's right, it's 'American Idol' time again! In this episode, the judges have brought the auditions to Detroit and found some impressive talent. After worrying in the holding booth, Maurice Townsend, a full-time student from Grand Rapids, Mich., who is a minister of music at his church, performed John Legend's 'So High.'

A standout on 'American Idol' tonight (Jan. 15) was 21-year-old handyman Keith London, who sang Katy Perry's 'Roar.'
