When you have pets you find yourself in certain positions, whether it be an accident on the floor, or it might be a chewed up show, maybe the dogs played tug of war with a pillow.  Well I have pets, two dogs and a cat.  I don't have much trouble with the dogs anymore, but the cat is another story. My cat is a serial bird killer.

When it comes humans, we have some pretty amazing talents.  However, some of those amazing talents are just down right weird.  Yet, they are still amazing.  I ran across this video this morning and shared it with you on Mornings on Mix.  I thought I would share it with you here on the website.  Check it out, this man does some amazing impressions of animals.

Animals are amazing characters and when you find one with an amazing personality you, of course, have to take a video.  Check out this parrot, he walks into a room and starts laughing.  Warning, its contagious.

Let's face it our pets are our best friends.  However, these furry love able creatures will eat just about anything.  When I say anything I mean anything, especially dogs.  So today, our topic is, what is the weirdest and/or most expensive thing your dog has eaten?

Your younger kids can now enjoy learning about animals and the outdoors in their very own special club.  The Amarillo Zoo presents the Lil Wild Ones Nature Club.  The club is open to children ages 6-8 years old.

This cute little shih tzu named Herbie is up for adoption at the Amarillo SPCA.   Herbie also has a brother as well.

What's better than a Thanksgiving meal with family?  Watching a tiny hamster family enjoy their Thanksgiving.  All I have to say is this video just my make you squee!

When you think of bats you usually don't think, "Awwww, how cute."  However, this might change your mind.  This baby bat was abandoned by its mother and was raised by the Bat World Sanctuary.  Get ready to say, "Awwww, how cute!"

Let's face it, cats shed.  They have a ton of hair and it comes off on every piece of furniture in your home.   It gets annoying, but hey it's your cat and you love your cat.  If only the cat would lay there and let you vacuum all the unwanted hair off of him.

Today's fur baby up for adoption is a cute terrier mix named Iggy.  He was abandoned and the Amarillo SPCA is looking to find him a home.  You can tell he wasn't treated very well.  The time I spent with him, all he wanted to do was be held and cuddled.
