Amarillo Crime Stoppers is such a wonderful organization here in Amarillo that helps keep criminals off our streets.  However, sometimes they need help in finding these people that evade law enforcement.  This week they need your help in finding James Robert Huffman.  If your tip leads to an arrest, you could earn a reward of up to $300.

The Amarillo Police Department are looking for a suspect in a recent auto burglary and check forgery case.   If you have any information on the suspect or the crime, your tip could earn you a cash reward of up to $1000 if and arrest is made and/or the stolen property is recovered.

Early this morning (October 24, 2016), APD was led on a chase that resulted in four suspects being taken into custody, one of whom was shot.

UPDATE: In Custody This week Amarillo Crime Stoppers is needing your help in locating a fugitive who is known to have violent tendencies and is currently wanted on a parole violation.  If you have any information on this week's fugitive of the week, your anonymous tip could earn you a cash reward of up to $300, if the tip leads to an arrest.  This week's fugitive is Joseph Shane Jackson.

This morning Amarillo Police responded to a bank robbery at First Bank Southwest at 2401 S. Georgia.  They are currently looking for the suspect and are asking the community for help in tracking this man down.

Chase Perry Carpenter was pulled over by a Randall County Sheriff on Wednesday, August 31st.

The entire school district was put on lock down after an active shooter entered Alpine High School.

Fred Moseley went missing in 1998 and his murder went unsolved for 15 years.

The police have determined official cause of death.
