Theif Steals Car Then Crashes it Onto a Roof

This is something you might expect to see in an action movie, but what you will see will have you stunned.  A Fresno, California man stole a car early Wednesday morning and as he was speeding away he lost control of the vehicle.   Somehow in the crash, it ended up on the roof of an apartment.
