We all know that health is an important part of our life. We also should know that mental health is just as important. We want to do as much as we can to make sure both sides of the spectrum are taken care of.
Wow. This is something I wished was a thing when my daughter was born. I don't know how many times I had to load her up into the car and drive around just so she could fall asleep.
How often do you give someone a compliment? Most of the time just a simple "I like your shirt." or "Hey you did great leading that meeting today." Something that just acknowledges that person.
You want your day to start of great. I mean that is a no brainer. How often have you gotten up in the morning and you are all groggy. Do you know what can help that not be an issue anymore?
Hydration is good for our bodies we know this. So that means water is good for our bodies. Water is a great way to stay hydrated. We know this. We can get water from different sources. They are all important.
I know we want to have a decent looking body. We want to be healthy. We want to be in shape. We want all of this. We want fat to be the part that we get rid of....that is not necessarily a good thing.
OK....I guess this is something I never thought about. I mean I feel that I am almost obsessive compulsive about this. I have a problem. I may wash my hands a bit too much.
