The Koren Ensemble put together this awesome two-minute video of 15 different TV Theme Songs.   This is an awesome video and they even give you video hints by re-enacting the openings of the shows.

I think Tchaikovsky would be proud of this rendition of the Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies from The Nutcracker.  The song is played entirely on glasses and the sound is beautiful.  Check out the video and see for yourself.  It is amazing.

When I was a child around 10 years old I didn't have any musical talent.  However, these kids rock the instruments, the vocals not so much.   I thought  I would share this video with you today.

Taylor Swift dressed down to play a working stiff and a plain Jane office dweller in the video for ‘Ours.’ The normally glam and all-dolled-up singer released the first behind-the-scenes webisode from the shoot, providing a little insight on the inner workings and backstory for the clip.

I have to admit that the “Mahna Mahna” song is very catchy and I would find myself humming and singing the song long before The Muppets got their reboot.  However, I was kind of shocked to find that this song originally got its start in a soft core Italian porn documentary called Sweden: Heaven and Hell.

We posted a poll last week and have been asking you whether you want Christmas Music on Mix 94.1 or not.  Well, the results were astounding 92% of those who took the poll wanted Christmas Music.

As technology advances things that once were a comfort in our life disappear.  That is what will happen with compact discs.  In my lifetime, I have seen records phased out because of 8 tracks tapes.  Eight track tapes phased out because of cassettes and cassettes phased out because of CD's.  Now CD's are slowly being phased out because of digital downloads.

Mix 94.1 is Amarillo's Official Holiday Music station and has been for about 10 years now.  Each year we find ourselves torn and ask, do we play Christmas Music this year or not?
