Two wildly different offerings hit theaters this weekend. The first is a sci-fi/action/thriller about monsters fighting giant robots; the other is the sequel to a surprisingly successful comedy featuring a set of four men acting like children.

Rick and I always talk about movies, what we've seen, what we want to see, what was good and what was bad.  So of course the discussion of Summer movie release came up, we put together a list of our top picks for this summer.  Check them out here

I don't get to go to the theater much, and when I do go, it is usually to see the newest kid's movie.  However, that doesn't stop me from wanting to see the latest movies.  So with being teased by movie trailers here are the Top 5 Movies I want to see.

With much of the country in the middle of a nasty heat wave, the air-conditioned comfort of a cineplex might be just what you need — and the two flicks opening in wide release this weekend will keep both adults and kids happy.

Summer officially begins on June 21st, but the onslaught of, what Hollywood hopes, Blockbusters are ready to roll out at the theaters.
