The Panhandle Plains Historical Museum is one of the biggest museums in Texas. It is such a fun place to visit and learn. They do such a good job of having so many wonderful exhibits, some that are permanent and some like Pop Culture going on right now. They have all that and they are hosting and evening of beer and history and crafts. Crafts and Drafts is back.

I find it funny that we live in places, we grow up in places and sometimes we don't ever know the real history of the city we live.  That's why I love that the Panhandle Plains Historical Museum is always hosting events that teach us about the rich history in our cities.  Coming up on December 17th you are going to have the opportunity to learn more about Canyon, Texas and its history.
