Last night there was a solar eclipse. From the pictures I have seen it was AMAZING. I will however admit that I didn't watch it. We were at the Amarillo Sox game when it happened and well since you aren't supposed to look directly into the sun while a solar eclipse is going on we just watched the game. Federal Judge Blocks Law Requiring Graphic Photos on Cigarette Packs

In a 29-page decision on Monday, US District Judge Richard J. Leon blocked the implementation of a law on graphic cigarette photos. It would’ve required tobacco companies to include explicit photos detailing the dangers of smoking on cigarette packages.

The 36 images proposed by the Food and Drug Administration include a picture of diseased lungs next to healthy lungs, a man exhaling smoke through a hole in his throat, and a male cadaver with chest staples down his torso.

Sure, they’re technically still kids, but one can’t help but say “aww!” at the newly released baby photos of ‘American Idol’ stars Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina.

The photos, released by ‘American Idol’s’ website, show the season 10 winner and runner-up looking so-adorable-it-hurts as they pose for the cameras. In Scotty’s case, we see him with his older sister, while Lauren poses in a cute frilly dress and bow.
