Just imagine eating something absolutely wonderful for the first time.  Remember when you had your first bite of a delicious dessert you had not eaten before.  How did you react?  Happy, excited, elated, giddy?  That's exactly what happens to this porcupine and it is incredibly cute.

It's the greatest mystery since trying to determine if the Great Pumpkin actually exists.

I don't know about you, but I needed a dose of cuteness this morning. Since we are less than a week from Halloween and pumpkins abound, I ran across a video of a rare red panda playing with a pumpkin. It is super adorable!

I love all things pumpkin.  It makes me happy, but have the food producers taken it too far pumpkin?

I have seen some really awesome pumpkin carvings this year but some folks take their pumpkin decorating one step further and make pumpkin people, or elaborate pumpkin scenes.  Here are a few pictures that made me stop and say, "Really?".

At this year’s New England Pumpkin Growers Weigh-Off in Rhode Island, a boulder-sized monster pumpkin weighing in at more than 1,600 pounds took the top prize. Gourd almighty!

Halloween is the time for pumpkins.  I personally don't go all out with the pumpkins at Halloween.  We get two big pumpkins and two small ones.  That's usually it, but I don't like spending more than $20 on pumpkins.  However with that said, I guess I should start expecting to pay at least $40 for my 4 pumpkins.

Who doesn't love the smell of a fresh baked pumpkin pie.  When you smell that delicious smell you are instantly transferred to your holiday table.
