Some people never learn, and it looks like the lovely and talented Miley Cyrus may be one of them. The teen took plenty of media hits, not to mention one to her squeaky clean image, last year after a video of her smoking a substance from a bong went viral. Cyrus apologized and said she was smoking salvia, which is a plant in the mint family. She claimed she felt horrible for letting her largely teen fanbase down.
